THE ORT BLOGGERS!: The vision of The Open Road Theatre is to create a self-funded, non-profit theatre arts education program for the children of Hamilton-Wenham and surrounding communities. The Open Road Theatre productions will be authentic demonstration of K-12 Fine Arts Curriculum Guide from the Massachusetts State Frameworks, which integrates the Arts with hands on application of learning. The Open Road Theatre’s vision is rooted in how theatre truly began; a small village of people gathered around a fire to tell stories of their day, of their adventures and their heritage. Everyone who comes to an The Open Road Theatre Production is a member of our village sitting around the fire of the children’s imaginations. For it will be our children of our communities'at-large who will bring beloved fireside stories to life, as actors and technique/design crew.
