January Dates to Remember

January Calendar:
• January 8th, Thursday: McDonald’s Night, 4:00-7:00pm
• January 10th, Saturday: SuppORT Meeting, 10:15-12:30am
• January 11th, Sunday, Peter Pan Movie Afternoon, 4:30-6:30pm
• January 16th, Friday, Peter Pan Middle School Dance: 6:30-9:00pm
• January 23, Friday, Opening Night Performance, 7:00pm
• January 24, Saturday, Performance, 7:00pm
• January 25, Sunday, Closing performance 3:00pm Matinee


McDonald’s Night is this Thursday, January 8th. Time: 4:00-7:00pm
The last two McDonald’s Nights we made $300 each night. Let’s go for it again and make another $300. Email all your friends and family to eat at McDonald’s this Thursday night.


Peter Pan Movie Afternoon: January 11th, Sunday. Time: 4:30-6:30ish.
Where: American Legion, 37 School St, So Hamilton, 01982
This movie is the newest Peter Pan with Jeremy Sumpter. A very good version. In fact a lot of our script was inspired by this version.
Ages: elementary, middle and high school. Each actor needs to bring 7 friends to achieve our fundraising target.
This movie afternoon is a fun way to raise money for our show
Tickets: $5.00
All Concessions: $1.00
We need Concession donations: [Please bring donations to rehearsal this week.] Bottle water, and various packaged snacks: Smart Food, Rice Kripsy Treats, Swedish Fish, Starbursts, Skittles, Hershey plain Chocolate bars, Potato chips, Long Pretzels. [No nuts or peanut butter snacks. Plain M&Ms have peanuts in them.]
We need parent chaperones and SuppORT Youth Board helpers. It is lots of fun for all. Thank you for your support.

Peter Pan Middle School Dance: January 16th, Friday. Time: 6:30– 9:00pm American Legion, 37 School St, So Hamilton, 01982
Tickets: $5.00
All Concession: $1.00
Raffle tickets: $1.00
Each actor needs to bring 7 friends to help raise the target needed for this great way to raise money for our show.
Play list request: email Nick Flasca and he will create a custom play list for your dance.


We need two Raffle donations:
• $25 Gift Certificate to Build-A-Bear
• Boston Red Sox Tee shirt: size: medium


SuppORT Meeting: January 10thm Saturday. Time: 10:15-12:30am Where: H-W library’s large room
SuppORT is The Open Road Theatre’s Youth Board. It is like scouts but with ORT. Ages: Middle and High school.
We will be planning:
• Peter Pan Movie Afternoon
• Peter Pan Middle School Dance
• Helping to count out Peter Pan backpack flyers for 7,000 Beverly: elementary, middle an high school students. Inviting all Beverly school students to come see our show.
• SuppORT Youth Board Table in the lobby during Peter Pan performances.
